Bought doorbell 3 two days ago battery is dying fast?
That seems way to fast even with motion sensitivity set to max. Are you getting constant motion alerts and video recording? Have you called support? Perhaps it is a defective battery.
Hi @Upthedubz24. Did you initially charge the battery before setting up your Doorbell? How many motion/Live View events are you having per day? Also, what is the RSSI for this device? This information can be found in the Device Health menu within the Ring app. This is information to consider when investigating battery life.
