After i remove my camera to charge it and then remount it…it stops working. Does this have something to do with the screws? This happened the last time as well but after about the 5th or 6th time removing and replacing the screws it magically started working. Any ideas?
Hi @Rileyjt8. That shouldn’t happen when remounting your Doorbell. Have you tried resetting your Doorbell by holding down the reset button for at least 20 seconds? After that, you’ll want to set it back up in the Ring App with the steps under Set Up a Device.
