I have 2 Gen1 doorbells. They are both using a power supply but the past week the one door bell will not charge and I checked the power supply the voltage is correct and the any help to see if I can fix this
Hi @JJDW1970. I would try a reset on your Doorbell, then reconnect it to wifi to see if that will allow it to charge properly. To reset your Doorbell, press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then remove. After the Doorbell reboots, you’ll be able to reconnect it to wifi. This will prompt a brief update and your Doorbell should resume normal operation.
