I am extremely frustrated with ring 4. One i them was defective so I had to buy a replacement. Now the doorbell’s don’t indicate the percentage used, they stay at 100%. I did the troubleshooting you had recommended and still has not changed. I am about ready to throw them out. I feel I wasted money on them plus had them installed.
