Battery critically low. No live view

I have a 4th generation doorbell. It says that the battery is critically low and will not live view. I have put a fresh battery in and no change. I brought it inside and held the reset button and fully set it up again with no luck. I am sure the batteries are full because I tested in a different camera. I have 3 other cameras outside (2 stick up cams and a gen 2 door bell) and they are having no issues. Not sure why my newest and most expensive device is having this issue. Any other ideas I can try?
