I have a stick up cam that runs on battery only. I received a notice that it was at 30% and needs charging. I started charging the battery, but it is going terribly slow. After about 8 hours it was 70%. Changed chargers and cords, after 5 more hours it was 85%. I have a solid green and amber light. This battery never took that long to recharge, is it past it’s life? Do they sell just the battery?
Hi @upnorthwi. We recommend charging your battery overnight, as it can take six to eight hours to fully charge. Since you have tried other cables and it still has not fully charged after 13 hours, it could be the battery that is not working as it should.
