I have a new fully charged battery which will not work with either of 2 ring spotlight cameras. Other batteries work fine, so no camera issues, it’s this battery. Is there a check or reset to try on the battery, not the camera or app please! Any suggestions?

You should see a solid red LED lit up in the battery hatch when you insert a fully charged battery. If you don’t that may indicate a problem with the battery, especially if a different battery works.
