Battery Charge

My battery never shows only green when charging. This has happened since the first time I charged it. Left it charging 24 hours and it never went green only.

    Hi @ajrojas. Which model of Doorbell do you have? The battery on all of our battery-operated devices should only take about 8-10 hours to fully charge as long as you have it plugged into a standard wall outlet with the provided charging cable.
