Hi. My Ring is about 2 years old and I’m really struggling to charge it. The cable / socket has become really fiddly and I can’t seem to charge fully.
Any ideas ?

Hi there, @GAZMAN22! Is this with the original included micro usb cable being used to charge? I recommend checking out the cable versus the charging port on the Stick Up Cam as this will help you to confirm if it is the cable that is loose or the actual port on the Stick Up Cam.
Try out another micro usb or similar usb type that you might have around the home, to see if another cable will provide a better charge.
