Base Station won't connect to wi-fi or ethernet

My base Station lost connection to internet for some reason last week and won’t reconnect. I can see it in my Ubiquiti router devices page and its shows its using data, but Ring app says base station is in Cell backup mode. I have gone back through the connection wizard for wifi(ethernet disconneted) and also tried ethernet connection, both fail.
