Our base station to our RING system is not working at all. A couple of days ago we had a bad storm and a lot of lightening, during the storm the base station went to battery back up. The battery we believe has died now, so it is not working at all. The outlet it is plugged into works but the base station doesn’t. Has anyone ever experienced this? Does anyone have any recommendations on what to do? We just purchased this a month ago so it shouldn’t have issues.
Hi @Rushing_66. First, try to reboot your Base Station by plugging it in to a known working outlet and then briefly tapping the “Reset” button on the back with a pushpin or paperclip. If there are still no signs of activity after that, you’ll need to reach out to our support team form the next best steps.
