My alarm system / base station has been in upgrade mode for the past 5 hours. Is that normal?
Good question @reh! The speed of an update will, of course, depend on network connection strength and type. Distance, interference, and type of connection (wifi/ ethernet) are things to consider for optimal connection. That being said, an update should not take several hours to complete.
