Base Station Replacement - disappointing customer experience

My base station has not been working since two weeks now. I was told I’d be sent a replacement on Sep 2nd. I have heard no updates since - all my sensors and devices are literally useless, I’m paying subscription fee for a service that does not work. I’m super frustrated and I feel unsafe in spite of having a security system.

I have 6 cameras and alarm membership. Customer service is only giving me 35% off. Wants me
to buy another one? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SINCE AMAZON BOUGHT THE COMPANY. GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY. AMAZON RUINED THIS COMPANY THAT WAS ONCE GREAT

Hi @ceejay_emmess. Replacements can take a few days to process. Once they are processed, you should receive an email letting you know your replacement is on its way. This email can sometimes make its way into your spam/junk folders, so be sure to check there first. Good luck, I have been waiting for a new Alarm Base that I ordered on August 20th. I escalated multiple times and finally learned the truth. The Alarm Base will not ship until OCTOBER 22nd, two months after I paced my expedited order. Customer Support gave me two options: Wait or Return my order. I have had such a terrible experience that I am returning everything. I guess Ring would prefer to lose customers. I guess the upside is that if you are willing to wait, the alarm base from my order just became available.
