We plugged it in. Turned on Bluetooth on the phones. Basically step one is to press the pairing button on the base station and wait for the blue light. No light is showing up. I did the reset and nothing. We can’t get past step 1
Hi @Safej. The Base Station’s internal battery may need to charge up before you’re able to use it, but this should be no longer than a hour after you have plugged in the Base Station. If it’s been over 24 hours and you’re still not seeing any lights from the Base Station, it would be best to follow up with our support team on this concern.
