Overnight our base station went offline, and has yet to find power again. It is showing a red ring with a red light on the power indicator at the top. We have tried multiple outlets to no avail, and the reset button is not resetting the device. Can this be fixed?
Hi @user524. Typically this can be corrected by a quick tap of the reset button. It’s important to never hold this button down, as it might start the factory reset process but not finish it.
