Base Station not Powering on

Just received my ring alarm and the base station is not powering on.

Hi @asndirige. You may want to try another power outlet, or leave the Base Station for 8 hours to charge up. Normally the battery within it can charge up in 8 hours to full, but you may need to wait for the full charge before using. In the event this does not help, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19.
