I configured teh base station to emit chimes when some sensors detect movement but it’s not working. only the keypad is emitting the chimes
I checked that the volume on the base is already at Maximum
Have you tried rebooting the Base Station?
Yes but still not working !!
Sounds like a fault. I suggest you use the chat function from the web page login to discuss options with Ring.
Hi @makouda. Make sure the volume on your Base Station isn’t turned down, and ensure you are setting the Chirp Tone for the correct Motion Detectors. When selecting a Chirp Tone for a specific sensor, there is an option for tones that play on your Base Station and Keypad, and an option for tones that play only on the Base Station.
