Our base station frequently switches to battery backup and then back again. I do know that we have not had any power outages. Our system is very new. Could we have a faulty product?
Hi @Cmccurdy23. I would try unplugging the Base Station and make sure that the connector and port are clean and clear of any debris. If this continues to happen after checking that, it would be best to reach out to our support team to better assist.
