Base Station Cellular No Signal

Hi Ring,I am living in Vancouver Canada. My friend bought me the ring kit from US and I set them up in my house. Everything works fine except the Cellular Backup shows as 'No Signal'.I checked that Ring.com is providing protect plan in Canada. So I wonder can I somehow get cellular backup service online in my current location?Thanks,
