I get periodic notices that my devices have gone offline then in a few minutes they’re back online. I’ve check my WiFi and the internet connection. They’re both on. I then disconnected the internet to see if I would get the same notification. I didn’t. What’s going on?
Hi @knestico! This should not be happening, and checking the network connection was a great call. The Alarm system has features in place for various scenarios, including power loss and network loss. Please ensure battery backup did not initiate due to power. Trying another outlet, ensuring it is also not controlled by a light switch, can help.
The best next step, as this sounds connection related, is to connect your Base Station to ethernet, rather than wifi. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
