The video quality of my 1st gen video doorbell is very bad. It looks very blurry, and its very difficult to recognize people. I have a mesh wifi system, 200 mbps down, and there’s a router very close to the doorbell, but the quality is still very poor.
Hi @oh50. The video quality of your 1st gen Ring Video Doorbell should be 720p HD at 15 FPS. This Help Center article here covers a lot of tips and trips on how to improve the quality of your video.
