Bad Service over faulty camera

I bought 6 camera’s. One broke within a matter of weeks. When I rang the helpline it took me nearly an hour and while the customer service agent was incredibly nice it was so slow. I was promised a new camera would be sent out. It never arrived. I contacted them again and yet again heard nothing. Since then another camera is not working. Having 2 cameras out of 6 break with no effective customer service means I won’t be buying or recommending their products. Has anyone had a similar problem in Europe?
