Bad night cam quality

Daytime video quality on my Ring Video Doorbell 2 is great, but recently all night vids have a constant quality issue - flickering horizontal lines, like an old VHS video that’s been watched too many times. Can’t seem to upload a video so have attached a screenshot. Any advice?

We’ve been having the same issue. Horizontal video interference, only during dark hours.

This same issue just started for us as well. Any resolution?

Hey neighbors! If you’re still having this concern, please try resetting your device by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds. After this reset, please go into the Ring app > Main Menu > Devices > Doorbell > Device Health > Change or Reconnect to Wifi. This will take you through another setup of your device, and then once night time comes back, check your Live View to see if this has dismissed!
