Bad firmware update

The latest firmware update causes a multitude of connectivity issues. Live mode no longer works, if motion is detected, it’s a 1 in 10 chance that it recorded anything. Only some history entries are capable of being played back. If someone is at my front door and I try to go live, it tells me that it is unable to connect. None of these issues occurred until the latest firmware. I’d like to know when a bug fix for this or a rollback of the firmware will be provided since this now seems my ring doorbell useless.

Hi @user970. What model Ring Doorbell do you have? When using the Live View, are you on wifi or cellular data? What is the RSSI for your device? This information can be helpful when determining the cause for your Live View issues.
