Bad experience and lack of support

I ordered two indoor security cameras. During setup, I came to find out that one of my cameras were still connected to a previous owner/account and couldn’t be activated. I then called for assistance and didn’t receive any help. The only option was to return for a refund and take a chance on yet another two cameras possibly being a useless door knob. This is not the type of experience you expect when you buy something that is advertised as NEW, only to uncover its still connected to a previous customer.

Did you buy it directly from Ring? And it was not a refurbished unit but new?
