I got an indication my battey in my spottlight camera was low so I changed it, When putting a fully charged battery in and CLOSING the door back rhw camera did not work. When I tried I pulled up the app I got message that Backyard battery door is not closed.
I see that you have the same problem that I’m having if I send anything we were in fixing for free? Where do I have to call and warrantee it and then send it in?
