Backup gsm no work

Hi,
I’m from Quebec, I have a new ring alarm 2nd generation product, and the backup GSM connection doesn’t work.
I am currently in a trial period and I have subscribed to the plan +.

Should we wait until the end of the test period (1 mouth) or is it a problem?
