I have the security cams. This entire week, in the mornings, I am automatically logged out of my cameras and have to log back in to view. Why is this happening? It hadn’t been doing this and is a big inconvenience, especially if you don’t check unless you get notifications. Which in turn, is not good, because what if I had waited on an alert that I would’ve never got? Someone could be robbing your house and you’d never know, because you’ve been completely logged out! I hope there is a fix to this.

As mentioned in our help center article, if you continue to use your mobile apps every 30 days, you will not have to login via Two-Step Verification, unless you log out or “Remove All” authorized devices. Please ensure there is not a vpn enabled on your mobile device. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
