I cannot hear the person ringing my doorbell. I can hear myself echo but cannot hear the person speak at all.

Hey @Scarter1109. When connected to the Live View, have you ensured that you do not have the speaker icon muted after answering the Live View? Do you have any bluetooth devices connected to your phone that could be taking over the audio? Some phones will also treat the Live View like a call, and therefore you may have to put your phone up to your ear to hear the person. Try disabling any bluetooth you have on, and test the Live View again with someone on the other side to see if you can hear them. Let me know! :slight_smile:
