The audio from someone speaking at the door is fine. Audion from someone in the house is low and choppy. Tech support suggested the problem might be a poor signal and suggested purchase of an extender. Did that and no success.
This is the second unit. The first one voice quality was so poor they replace unit.
Getting frustrated even though tech support is very accommodating but I’m tired of numerous resets.
I see many other complaints about audio. About time they either resolve the problem or I’d like my money back.
