My Ring Spotlight cam has muffled audio. However, my Ring Floodlight cam works perfectly. Did Ring have a recall on the Spotlight cam because of this problem? Does anyone have this same problem. Signal strength is not an issue.
Hi @John051. There are no current recalls for audio issues with the Spotlight Cam. Sometimes, audio issues are related to your network and how your devices connect to it. Your network router uses ports and protocols to manage connected devices. Adjusting these settings can help! This Help Center article here will cover how to do this! Let me know if this works for you!
