Hi @Petroanna. I recommend making sure your phone has given the Ring app access to the microphone permission in your phone settings. If this permission is on and you are still seeing the same thing, can you share a screenshot of the blacked-out microphone and speaker icons you are seeing in the Ring app? This will help me look into your concern.
