When playing recorded event video, the supporting audio clip sounds a loud inaudible clap noise upon opening. This is on every recorded event.
I have checked WiFi and there is no issue, also this occurs whether fully charged or not so is not an issue relating to either battery or WiFi.
Any support on resolution is appreciated.!

Hi @Tippers. Thank you for sharing this video clip as an example. Does this happen when you pull up Live View, and not the view from a Motion Alert? This sound sounds like it is capturing sound form the vehicle passing by, and doesn’t appear to be out of the ordinary. It sounds loud and abrupt do to the sound being captured midway, rather that at the beginning of the sound. I hope this information helps.
