When I am viewing my Ring doorbell on my Samsung S22+ the audio cuts in and out. This does not happen on my desktop or when I download the video on the phone and replay.

Hi @CNL390. Do you have any Bluetooth devices connected to your Samsung, such as a smartwatch or wireless earbuds? Try turning Bluetooth off and seeing if that makes any difference with the audio cutting in and out, as the Bluetooth device could be causing some interference. I am having the same trouble. I have tried 2 different samsung phones (S22 Ultra and Z Fold 4). Did anyone find a fix that works. I turned off my Bluetooth and it didn’t correct the issue.
