We have the video ring door bell 3, only had it just over a month. At the beginning all was working fine, all of a sudden I can’t hear anything from the person who is at the door, except the sound of wind. We can speak to the person at the door however it is very intermittent and glitchy. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?
