Audio is not working on my ring doorbell. If someone rings the doorbell, I can answer and speak to them and they can hear me, but I can’t hear them although they are speaking. It’s only 2 months old… is anyone else having this issue?
I’ve rebooted and done full reset and set it all up again as a new device, but it’s still not working… HELP!
Hi @user73888. Try rebooting your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in to see if it helps. You also want to make sure your Doorbell has good signal strength.
