There is audio feedback when visitor speaks outside can this be rectified?
Hi @Aliboo6t. If you are experiencing poor audio quality from your Ring device, try the following steps:
Verify your Ring devices’ signal strength, also known as RSSI, is at a good level.
Reboot your router by unplugging it for 10 seconds and plugging it back in.
