Audible motion notifications from Ring video doorbell pro 2 have stopped working

Yesterday while the gardeners were here I turned motion detection and motion notifications off. Then turned them back on when the gardeners left. However, the audible notification message now no longer occurs when motion is detected.
I think I have tried just about everything except removing this device from my security system and then re-adding and setting it up again.
Any other ideas and/or comments out there before I try this?

Hi @duggo33. I would first try toggling them off, then on again. This can sometimes correct notifications. If this doesn’t work we have a Help Center article for IOS or Android notifications that may help. This is a good place to start, let me know if that works for you!

Very simple and it worked. I was next going to delete the cache and that probably would work as well but your solution is much simpler. Thank you.
