Hi, I recent started using ATTs new Internet Air where the Wi-Fi is connecting to a cell tower. Anyhow, I created a guest pass (2.4ghtz) but my security cam won’t connect. It gets to 95% and then stops. Anybody else have the same issue?

Hi @user50140. Is there a particular error message you're receiving when attempting the setup process? Which model of Ring Security Camera are you trying to set up? We have some troubleshooting steps for the setup process [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217240386-In-App-Setup-Failing-Repeatedly), let me know if any of those steps work.
