Can anyone please suggest how I can get it back to color? I never touched a thing and now all recordings and live video are in black and white.
Any idea?

Hey @MGDJMB. Could you try shining a flashlight into the Doorbell’s lens when it is bright outside to see if this helps? You will hold the light in front of it for a few seconds and then see if it adjusts back to normal after.
