Armed/Disarmed by Null Null

When my wife, who is a shared user, arms/disarms the Security System by key pad or app , it reports that the system was armed/disarmed by Null Null. Can this be corrected to show her name or email address and if so, how? She is a shared user for all devices including cameras.
