Yesterday, I decided to clean the cloudy headlights on my old truck. It happened to be parked right in front of my outdoor camera. I did the work, and within hours I began seeing ads for headlight cleaning systems online.
I’m home alone so I did not discuss this with anyone. I don’t talk to myself. I didn’t mention it online anywhere and I am sure I didn’t see those ads prior to that activity. That’s quite a coincidence.
I want to know if Ring is using advanced AI to discern what I am doing and sharing that information with advertisers. I didn’t agree to any such thing. It’s a total invasion of my privacy.
