I fitted my pro a couple of days ago. I am sure the unit chimed to visitors as they approached it but it doesn’t seem to anymore. Am I right here and if so how can I re enable it

The first thing I’d check is that your Video Doorbell Pro is linked for motion notifications by visiting the “Linked Devices” setting for your Chime device in the Ring app. The toggle for motion notifications should be turned on. Next, please visit the Chime Tones setting for your Chime to ensure the volume is up and a Chime tone is selected. Hope this helps!
