Just bought a new battery and fully charged it but it still says the battery is critical when it’s fully charged
It said the same for my two other batteries
Hi @user30060. I suggest performing a reset on your Doorbell, then reconnect it to WiFi. You can perform a reset by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. After this, reconnect the Doorbell to WiFi and then check its status in the Device Health menu. I hope this helps!
