App Says add battery but the battery is inbuilt?

I have a Ring Video Doorbell Gen 2 and I put it on charge last night for 8 hours and this morning it says “add battery” I’ve tried the reboot multiple times and it’s still saying add battery. I’m not sure what else to do!

Hi @Marliex. I would recommend giving your Doorbell a factory reset and then reconnecting it to your wifi to see if it helps. To factory reset your Doorbell press and hold the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds. Let me know if this helps.
