App Plays Incorrect Notification Sound

I have a new iPhone 14 plus running iOS 17.3.1 with the Ring app v 5.69.0 installed. Ever since I put the app on this phone from my previous (iPhone 8+) running iOS 16.7.1, the notification sounds are not correct. Every one of our three devices plays just the windchime for motion, rather than the assigned windchime + voice notification sound. I’ve changed them from silent back to other sounds, but still keep getting the windchimes. There was a previous thread for this topic from Nov 2023 which is closed. Is this still a bug or was the issue resolved?
