App logging out .

I have Motorola Phone with ring app installed. I have had no problems with this up until approx 2 weeks ago, Now almost daily it logs me out, however, not only does it log me out but it insists on me resetting the password, I reset the password as it requests and I can then log back in which is fine for a day or so until It repeats the whole process again. Also, how it is posible that despite being requested to reset the password on the phone I can still view the ring doorbell and access my account on other devices but by using my original password that I first opened the account with? any help greatly appreciated.
