My app is not working correctly, my doorbell is online but I can’t open the history/alert videos, clicking them just does nothing, and the camera preview hasn’t changed since 2/13, and the live view just buffers non stop and never opens, I deleted and reinstalled the app and it still doesn’t work, and my internet connection is fine.
Hi there, @313ec176ce4892071b46! The best next step here will be to ensure there is not a vpn enabled. As you mentioned live view, preview image, and event history not working as intended, I recommend setting up your Ring device in the Ring app again. Going through a setup process might help to reconnect the Doorbell if it is not currently online. Please also ensure your Doorbell is subscribed to Protect Plan, in order to see events in your history or preview image.Feel free to let us know how this goes!
It is online, but it still doesn’t chime or send me a notification to my phone almost ever, live view never opens, the history views don’t open. I’ve re connected it multiple times and nothing.
