I’m trying to set up a second hand indoor cam, but every time I get to the setup section the app crashes or says “there was a problem linking this to your account” I’ve double checked and it’s been removed from the ladies account I’m just very frustrated

Verify your Ring app is up-to-date with the latest updates.

Disable any active VPNs on your phone.

Try setup without scanning, or vice versa.

Try using another phone or tablet to complete your setup.
