App crashes on device health

Hello there!

Phone: Pixel 3a XL
App: 3.41.0

We recently moved and I tried to follow the instructions found on the web for changing the wireless network through Device Health. The problem I have is that the app crashes every time I try to use that portion of the app. I’m not sure how to proceed.

Could someone give me a workaround for getting our doorbell back online?

Also crashes at the same link on Nexus 5x.

Hi there, @Schwim! Thanks for trying multiple mobile devices. Please ensure there is not a vpn enabled on either, and that there are not any apps installed that conflict with the Ring app. I hope this helps!
